Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times Estimated delivery times after processing:

• United States: 7–15 business days

• International: 14–30 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or high-demand periods.

Multiple Shipments Your order may contain products fulfilled by different suppliers. Items may ship separately and arrive at different times. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@kjvmercantile.com before reaching out to the carrier. We'll work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue.

Customs & Duties (International) International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
